TEMPER TYPES
The most common tempers for 1050 / 1050A aluminium are:
- O - Soft
- H14 - Strain-hardened - 1/2 hard.
- H24 - Work hardened then partially annealed to half hard
- H34 - applied to alloys which, unless stabilised, gradually age-soften at room temperature.
